Let configure length of the tabs window

Just installed on windows, and correct with the issue for shotcuts https://github.com/rajeshvaya/Sublime-Extended-Tab-Switcher/issues/9#issuecomment-151459002

Can be set the length/height of the TABs windows ??

It can only show 8 tabs, on a third/fourth of the window, so plenty of space underusage
