NumericList Items Don't Initially Render Properly

The pops up on several numbers. I tried to do dig a bit into LayoutManager and drawListItem but failed to really find much.

I also switched out the ListLineMarker and returned a UIImage, the images also failed to render correctly at the same indices.

This is a known issue, @wmtylerdavis. Unfortunately, I've not been able to find a fix for that yet. It happens when the list item is rendered at the point where Editor is going to expand the first time.

I'll see if I can get more time to help out on this. Overall, I'm really happy with Proton. It's made my life a lot easier.
