Block input to host system, propogate I/O to client

• propagating I/O requires capturing the event, which means the event cannot be blocked globally. BlockInput from windows win32 the library allows us to do global block but it also does allows users to receive the mouse/kb events

• We need a solution which can block out the event from the user on a global scale while having our application receive all event.
