hey guys i cant seem to connect to the pihole. doesnt matter if im using tcp or udp or if its split or full. it always says waiting for server reply while trying to connect

are you on a network that blocks OpenVPN connections? are there any detailed logs you can share from the app? can you share screenshots of your configurations on your phone and the contents of the configuration files on the pi-hole server? (feel free to redact/obscure sensitive information, like public IP addresses and keys)
