Was any resolution identified? I am having a similar error cctxt==1.90.41 doesn't exist when trying to install finrl-meta version 0.3.5 with python versions 3.8 or 3.10.

I ran into lot of issues with pip install similar to #284 issue. Resolved the issue using local install from that post and updating the different compatible versions in requirements.txt...
