Cache OTP provider icons (for offline usage)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes you don't have internet access on your iPhone when using the app.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to still be able to view the (cached) icons for easier identification of the service. They could be automatically updated either directly when they come online and/or every x interval.
