raivo as second OTP app

I'm new to OTP apps, looking for more security than SMS. I was sent here by the Raivo website (the only link for "Ask a question") so I hope I'm in the right place, as I'm not a programmer or developer.

What happens if Raivo is installed on an iPhone that already has another OTP app installed and configured for a few online services? Do I add those services anew for Raivo or import from a backup? What if the service doesn't display an option to add a second OTP app?

Normally you would go to every service and reissue new OTP tokens (this is also the most secure option). But I quick hack that I use is to use the export function of your old app and look online on how to extract the tokens from the backup. Then you can manually copy paste them into Raivo.
