Random flickering between lyrics

Absolutely love this project, however sometimes when transitioning to the next lyric the program begins flickering between the next lyric to transition to and the current lyric displayed. This jitter is also present in the "pipe" mode where the next and current lyric are repeatedly typed to stdout multiple times a second.
