Add OCR and translation commands

This may not be entirely practical as of yet, but worth looking into.

OCR technology in particular is still a bit bad, but machine translations have gotten very good thanks to technologies such as DeepL.

If we can find a way to accurate transcribe text from images, providing automated translations is possible. But doing that on its own is the biggest challenge.
