Allow for narrower Endpoint List panel

The endpoints list takes up too much vertical space in our dashboard.

It would be nice if the big header area (including headline, + New Endpoint-button and filter dropdown) could be made optional:

Especially when contained within a panel, I think we can tighten this up. I'll circle back with some ideas.
