Please add release notes to new releases

I see new versions appear on PyPi (like 1.0.8 most recently) but it is unclear what has changed in each release.

Please add release notes to the releases and also please make clear which version of Sikulix is used by SikuliLibrary. I am assuming this is 1.1.4 at the moment.

@MichielYKamp , thank you for your advice. I may add release notes next time, but as most new version is related with bug issues, i could not guarantee for that.

And for sikulix version, you may check version map. currently it using 1.1.4 snapshot, it may effected by the change of sikulixapi.
