Failure to load after system reboot auto-start of notepad++

This error occurs when windows restarts, for a forced update restart for example, with multiple Notepad++ windows open.

After the restart all of those notepad++ instances get re-opened automatically, but throw errors that npptextfx2 can't start because it is an unsupported version (strange) and that there are multiple versions of the plugin in the plugin folder (I don't actually have a dup of the plugin in the plugins folder) and asks if you want to remove the duplicate. Not sure where these errors come from, because during normal use of notepad++ the plugin loads just fine. And this is the only plugin that seems to exhibit this odd behavior during this system restart scenario.
