[REQUEST] Speed dial improvements

Hi,

its great that you added speed dial extension :)

It would be great if you can create few minor features: 1: Folder in favorites view 2: ability to add new favorites "card", like "personal" and "work", so you can switch workspaces 3: optionally caching of icon image when manually added favorite icon
