[Feature Request] Apply tags to collections.

The "lists" collections and everything under "bookmarks" are just bookmarks, whereas everything under "tasks" (except the aforestated lists) are tasks. Obviously, this means that a hierarchical structure is contradictory, so tagging is superior in this instance. Additionally, I want to be able to mark tasks as tasks and non-tasks as bookmarks (because I do not believe that any filter exists that allows the user to hide a certain tag) so being able to tag collections would prevent duplicate methods of designating the same information for collections and entries.
