Firefox automatically closes an extension’s pop-over when a file-picker dialog appears. As a result, you can’t upload files through the Raindrop extension (or in any other extension that opens the file picker). For now, please upload files via the Raindrop web or desktop app.

@exentrich, is that tracked at bugzilla.mozilla.org?

@exentrich, this hasn't been resolved with 6.6.90.xpi, in firefox-142.0.1-1.fc42.

This cannot be fixed as I outlined previously.

@exentrich, then why have you closed it as completed? There's an unplanned / invalid option.

@exentrich, regardless, that's incorrect, per bitwarden_password_manager-2025.8.1.xpi:

As you can see, Bitwarden implemented their own workaround for this Firefox limitation. I don’t plan to add special behavior just for one browser, sorry.

@exentrich, understood. I've since located bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1292701#c72. ^1
