Issue with last point on the chart

Hi guys,

I have an issue with the last point of the chart, somewhy it goes along the old trajectory I've attached a video for a better explanation with 3 different charts

Facing same issues when I remove interpolate as I have single point on one date.

Although not a concrete solution but pushing the last co-ordinate twice into the data array corrected the graph's path.
