Release under LGPLv3+

Hi,

I note that the library is released under GPLv3. Is it possible relicensing under LGPLv3+ so it can be used in other projects without forcing them to become GPL projects?

In case of affirmative answer, let me know, that I will create a pull request with correct headers on all source-files, and a clarification of the license in the README, following the GNU guidelines.

Otherwise if the GPL license was chosen deliberately, it is obviously 100% fair, i.e. it is your work! :-)
