Yeah, I opened a PR. But some more tests showed that this PR isn't fully fixing the bug.

Your sudo user has python3.6 as default version, You could delete python3.6 or set sudo to use python3.9 or install it without sudo (maybe getting permission denied here)
Worked perfectly for me, I can now use Llama 3 with Agents. Without this I couldn't get it to work. Thank you very much @eryk-dsai
