Remove unused files and misleading notes in Laravel starter

Hello!

At least for now, I'm suggesting to remove those misleading notes and files related to Docker, which is not being used since #269. I got confused when I was deploying my own app.

I'll explore to see if I can come up with a better starter guideline based on the projects that I've worked.
