Bump version to 2.0.0 and add notes to CHANGELOG
This updates the version to 2.0.0 because #105 was not 100% backwards compatible.
Additionally updated CHANGELOG and bumped nokogiri to the latest version to avoid even the latest bug in nokogiri (See https://nokogiri.org/CHANGELOG.html#1137-2022-07-12)
@bumi @kangguru Any chance we could get this merged and a gem released to github?
Is there a target date for when this version will be released? #129 is unfortunately blocking a ruby update to 3.1 for our application.
It is currently stuck at #134
Once I am allowed to, I will be happy to release a new version
@tobischo As an alternative to waiting for the gem server authorization, are you able to push a tag for the 2.0.0 release? It's suboptimal, but we could work with that in our Gemfiles until a new gem can be "properly" released.
