Add share link options after signup

After users signup for an event, there should be links to share the event on social media site.

The confirmation shows up as a banner message, if we want this to only happen after a successful signup should it be part of that banner? Seems a little weird.

Or did we mean to include social media links in the email?

@louiedp3 & @Holyoke — this feature isn't really ready to go; it definitely needs a bit more thought to how it would work.
