Add login credentials to README

The README instructions do not talk about the login credentials that should be provided while setting up the VM. Specifying this would save a lot of web searching and look around.

Also, this might potentially resolve issue #167.

That is fine, but I'll think of a better place to put it, since it is something you won't be asked for normally.
