Validation ignored

My validations are being ignored by in_place_edit. Is this normal?

Further research. This is normal. I would suggest the master be updated with this commit "http://github.com/cementhorses/in_place_editing/commit/108dcafeb2dbf1929f103068f53a451ca3ca68ba". This resolves the problem.
