[bug] magnetic layout snapping gets disabled when holding down ALT

Unsure if this is intended or not but I assume it's not - basically what the title says, snapping to the grid gets disabled alongside snapping relative to objects. My thought when suggesting this was to use this mode independently of and in combination with the relative snapping - this way it can only be used with the relative snapping. Thanks so much for implementing it though! ❤️

can it be changed to be disabled when holding CTRL instead then? Currently it's pretty limited and changing it would free it up a lot. Alternatively, adding a toggle for the relative snapping would be nice! whichever works, I just wish to be able to use both snapping methods independently and with each other.

Also! just noticed, the text for the keybind isn't updated. Noticed that c now toggles between magnetic and relative snapping and the text still says that it enabled/disables it
