[Feature Request] Add Option for Belt Stacking

Description

Add an option when selecting "transport belts" to accommodate the rate a fully stacked and saturated belt would allow. So if I can have up to 4 high stacks, and I select a green belt, a setup producing 60 items per second should show 0.25 green belts (with stacking) or 1 green belt (no stacking)
