Tesla coils cannot be placed on any sort of tile

Description

Tesla coils, for some reason, cannot be placed on any tiled surface. So stone brick, concrete, refined concrete, reinforced plate, etc. Which is weird, since I was able to before, and have blueprints of chunk aligned rails with tesla coils on reinforced plate. However, when I place a tesla coil, and put tiles under it, it simply disappears, and tells me that it cannot be placed.
