Unable to generate components, db connection refused

standard start -- npx openv0@latest, npm run dev, also the other thing to start the db, which is running. chose react and shadcn for components, operating in the WSL2 ubuntu environment so there might be something weird going on there. I just get a forever-hang after clicking the generate button.
