Notify user for on-chain transactions that they take time

follow up issue from #82

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On-chain transactions take time and the user is not necessarily aware of this.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to get an estimate on how long an on-chain transaction might take or at least notify the user that it's an on-chain transaction and can take some time.
