Show state of UDC and usage in webui

In https://github.com/raiden-network/raiden/issues/4778 a list of features are requested that will make it transparent to the user what he uses his funds on in regards to the Raiden Services. These features would need to also be exposed in the webui so that a user can see this information in a nice and intuitive way.
