Improve UX/UI onboarding for dApp

User Story

Acceptance criteria

1. Select Hub screen: to be divided in 2 parts** a. First part: Add token to UDC contract

• [ ] Change the naming to: Enable Raiden Network Services
• [ ] Only keep the Balance of RDN tokens + replace 'download' icon with a '+'
• [ ] Add short explanation as to what RDN is used for (Consult Dina if needed)

2. Select hub

• [ ] Change naming to: Open channel
• [ ] Current token balance: to be shown as big as the current RDN token Balance in previous screen + add ‘balance of the tokens’ (just as Under RDN balance)
• [ ] Make that current token balance clickable
• [ ] Disable option of entering own address when selecting hub
