Improve minting

Description

So the first problem is that it seems that for some of the attendees the minting button was not clear enough. They could not figure out that the button there mints tokens.

The second problem I can see is that currently minting is only tied to channel opening. But what if I want to mint tokens and deposit to an already open channel.

@sashseurat has also mentioned that the minting button (when minting & depositing SVT to UDC while going through the hub selection) isn't very clear
