Thank you for the extension. As a seasoned procrastinator, I really appreciate it :) There's one feature that would be very welcomed though.

Make the impulse benign by providing alternative activity offering. Blocking page should support user editable quick dial like page with the list of links (preferably with icons) of alternative things to do.
