Force a user to wait a while before pausing the blocking

This extension is called impulse blocker after all. Impulses need to be met quickly. If i have to wait for say 60 seconds before i can unlock a site, hopefully by that time the impulse is gone.

So please add a feature that when i want to pause the extension for a few minutes i have to wait X seconds then press the button again before it pauses. If i don't press the button again within another Y seconds it should revert to the previous blocked state (that would be the ideal case that the impulse has disappeared).
