reload blocked tabs when pausing

Sometimes I open a dozen tabs while the blocking is active, and they all get blocked.

On the pause is active, each tab has to be reloaded manually. It would be better, if they were reloaded automatically

I would argue this is not a just an enhancement but a bug, because sites like youtube and reddit will not reload the page when clicking on a link, meaning that you can just use them indefinitely while blocked. They also still load new content.

Using Firefox 83 btw.
