Utlyz-CLI Add code to fbcli.py under the bdays condition to wish people automatically on their birthdays

Currently, the code only displays the names of people who have their birthdays on the current day. It would be great if someone could add a code to actually make sure that you can wish people automatically. (either all or someone in particular can be wished. Depends on the person who's being assigned this.)

There are 2 ways to wish a person firstly! Post on their wall or a personal message can be sent! The latter is slightly tougher to implement! But posting on their walls would be easy if you can get hold of some hidden content on their profile!
