Help with text message hacking please

Please help me I’m in need of help with figuring out how my bf (who is volatile and dangerous) hacked my iPhone with a text message he sees everything I’m doing and is keeping me here with nothing. He has played and named me to have no friends and no family left (told lies and stalks me and mentally and sometimes physically abuses me but I can’t go to the police considering I believe he is a confidential informant, please I need to know what to do to get rid of the malware and or stop the hack…. Is Pegasus here in the states and if it is how much would it cost I need some one to believe me and help me thank you
