(Updated issue name because 2 users are reporting 503s and when I went looking for any other reports of the same problem I found the person reporting the 504)

so far we've got one residential from Kyiv and one residential cable from the US

something seems wrong with the country counts on /stats

I noticed that the other day and wondered if the country counts were cleared from the database migration and only counting as people edit their profiles or whatever it takes...
