In some countries you must save some info of the user. You can just link a mobile phone number to a user and this will be enough, I think we need something like this?

But without validation you could just type in any phone number .. laws around providing service are generally spotty until you're running a large network, I wouldn't worry about storing user data until something like this sees huge uptake.
