Hope you can receive multi signal from tradingview

Hope you can receive multi signal from tradingview then match or unmatch it first before send it to telegram if signal 1 sending TRUE value then after that signal 2 sending TRUE then it allow send directly to telegram but if signal 1 sending FALSE value then after that signal 2 if keep sending TRUE it will NOT ALLOWED to send directly to telegram
