How to use with git?

I mean a task header in commit message like IDEA do

I want commit message includes the current task I'm working on, usually some IDE's track which issue is active and automatically copy its header into commit message. Like this: "PROJECT-NAME-123 - Some small issue"

This plugin just allows easy browsing and navigation through JIRA/GitHub issues and projects. You probably want something like https://github.com/mnpk/vim-jira-complete

Thanks, but it is in chinese. I'm not sure it accounting time spent on task. I need two options

  1. Commit message with issue header
  2. Time accounting
