Need to add a new tag from master. Bower is out of date

The current version published to bower don't have the fixes that are in master. Specifically, the main file in in bower.xml is wrong. This is already fixed in the main, but needs to be published to bower.

I suggest creating a new tag 0.2.1.

NOTE: You should also bump up the version in bower.json as well.
