#2008 Fixed Catogories list in main forum to be ordered by lft.

Thank you for this. I'll let it hang before merging because I am not 100% sure this is the way to address the issue that my site has experienced. Maybe the MPTT tree was corrupted and that caused out of order displaying of the categories? 🤔
