Improve displaying of attachments to users without download permission
Attachments list in post
Misago should display post's attachments list under the post's body if user can't download attachments but post's contents are still visible (not hidden/unapproved). This will prevent confusion when somebody in post says they've attached the files but user without perms can't see any trace of them.
We should also use the padlock icon for attachment on list if there is no permission to download it.
Embedded attachments
Embedded attachment from other post is still rendered as button even if this attachment's post is not accessible.
"Attachment not available" message
Embedded attachment that user can't download has "You can't download attachments in this category." error which doesn't make sense if this embed is part of a quote from other category.
I should make a decision if UI pointing to inaccessible attachments or posts should display links to it, so user gets permission error after following, or act like that content doesn't exist.
