Merge misago user account with SSO account when email is the same

Can you please confirm if I am understanding this right?

Yes, you understand right. But this PR doesn't cover all necessary changes. Doing above changes I was thinking that we need to prepare SSO similar to others remote logging (Facebook, GitHub, etc.).

Enable SSO shouldn't disable Misago internal accounts and registration. Misago accounts and SSO can work parallel. There is more to do with it but first we should discuss it.
