The baton battery charge and flamethrower tank are depleted too quickly in the game. Please add the ability to adjust (increase) the baton battery charge consumption and the flamethrower tank consumption.

You mean to make it configurable in mods by changing it in tbl files? I'm pretty sure it is already possible by changing weapons.tbl
