Camera height in spectator does not always match the viewing height of the client being spectated

This is presumably occurring because the first person spectator camera is assigned a fixed height that may not match up with what the client is actually seeing due to differences in the camera positions between different player models. Results in players appearing to shoot through walls when fighting at certain angles. Can grab a video if necessary.
