Display the health, armor and ammo of the player in first person spectate

Being able to see the health, armor and ammo of a player while spectating them would improve the spectating experience.

I tried it in the past but health/armor values were messed up for other players (spectate). Perhaps it can be fixed. I am not sure if it is a client-side problem or more like server-side.
