Red editor input lag on linux and 60 fps lock.

Red Editor gets severe input lag for a few seconds when using mouse to move objects and brushes. https://youtu.be/CFrJqMSZMw4 Editor is also locked to 60 fps but runs at 120 fps on windows which may be aiding in the better responsiveness the editor has on windows.
