Primary fire of grenades collide with liquid room FX surfaces

Primary fire on grenades is supposed to bounce off liquid room surfaces - this is definitely a feature rather than a bug. Though, they probably should only bounce when fired from above the water and pass through with no bounce when fired from under the water.
Because it's a feature doesn't make it any less dumb and out of place. To me the fact that it's intended is worse because it shows Volition's oversight that this "feature" could become a potential issue in which it has. Something like this you'd expect to be a naturally occurring bug during development, not something intentional by the developers which were on a time crunch and didn't have the time to decide whether or not this "feature" was actually a good idea. Because it's intended isn't any less of a reason to remove the crap at all.
Unless some MP maps or whatever needs this feature then fine...
I can confirm that it is a "feature". Code explicitly enables collisions for grenades only and only if it is not the alternate mode where grenade detonates on collision. But I must agree it is unexpected behavior and not very realistic. Remote charge and grenade with RMB does not bounce so it is not very consistent. Whats the status on this? There doesn't need to be a poll to conclude this is a horrible feature.
