several errors

First thing first, thanks a lot for this piece of script. Really nice and useful. I have followed the installation but I got an error 400-QuotaExhausted when applying. After reading the whole message, I've noticed that the default shape in variable.tf wast not free so I've changed it to default = "VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro"

I still got the same error code but regarding bootVolumeQuota Service limit reached.

I have nothing in my account, no previous instance nor network, nothing.
